I watched the Waltons an hour before I went to the delivery room to have my daughter. I loved it so much and so wanted to live there. My daughter is now 39 years old and I can't hear the music and good night daddy without remembering that day. I loved John Walton !!

Today, February 14th,2014 was a very sad day. The world has lost one great actor and I think the best father character ever played on the big screen or on television. Ralph Waite was the consummate actor, playing many different roles and brought to life the part of John Walton Sr. in what will always be my favorite television show. Not a day goes by that I don't watch an episode before I go to bed. I'm watching one now, my heartfelt best wishes go out to the cast of the Walton's at this time and to Mr. Waite's loving family.

We are long time watchers. So glad we see them daily on our local channel. What a fabulous family of love and caring, hard work and wonderful lessons for all to see. If people today could only recognize how imporant it is to treat others in a kind way. What a better place this world would be. Thanks to all.

I have watched episode after episode and can,t get enough of the Waltons They are the family I never had, I am deeply saddened by the passing of Ralph Waite I feel as if I have to say good bye to a family member, until that day when I shall get to meet him in glory.I am sure it is a glorious reunion up there with Jesus and Grandpa and Grandma and Ike ect. Good Night Ralph Waite aka John Walton You are missed by many

This Is my second time writing about the show I watch it all the time even my 6yr old little girl loves to watch it.I just wish life today was as simple as it was back then I know there were hardships but it seemed like they were happy and cared for one another the way it should be today but I'm Afraid those days are gone but it's nice to go back and watch a simpler time. Always A Walton Fan.

I watched the Waltons growing up with my 4 other siblings. I enjoyed every show and wished I could see the place they were raised. It was a great show and I am watching again on TV every night now. Thank you for airing again for all to see!!!
